Additional Fields
Reference check letters and VSys Live handling of reference check results both use the built-in certification "Background Reference Check". While you cannot remove fields from this certification type, you can add new fields to it in order to capture additional information.
Multiple references from a single VSys Live application
If you plan to have applicants provide more than one reference, set the Allow more than one… value appropriately in the certification's setup. This allows more than one of these certifications to be placed on the same application.
