Action Link: Edit Availability

Allows volunteers to edit their own availability. Availability here is one or more entries that specify "Available" or "NOT available". (See more details about how availability works in VSys One.) The volunteer uses the Create new button to add availability records, and the various Edit links to edit or delete existing records.

Even if you don't normally track when your volunteers are available, you can use this tool to let them tell you when they're specifically not available. That makes it easy to avoid accidentally scheduling them for shifts when they're on vacation!
