Letters are communications sent to your volunteers. They can be mail merged documents, SMS/text messages, items sent using mailing labels printed in VSys, or items sent using export files from VSys. They all show here along with their dates, statuses and methods.
Click on any letter to see its contents. A letter record in italics means that VSys didn't generate the letter itself and so can't show you what was mailed. By right-clicking on a letter you can edit the properties of individual letters as well as perform operations on multiple letters at once.
